Chase Biegler, Lead Agent

Chase is the lead agent at Home 4 Me Realty and the person you'll work with directly, from your first showing through closing day. He grew up around the New River Valley market and knows Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and the surrounding counties well — the neighborhoods, the commute patterns, and the small details that matter when you're comparing towns or streets. Chase is also fluent in VA loans, and works often with veteran and active-duty military clients navigating a 0%-down purchase, appraisal requirements, and condo approval questions specific to VA financing.

Outside of real estate, Chase supports Micah's Backpack in Blacksburg, a local program that sends weekend food home with local schoolkids who need it. It's a small, direct way of staying connected to the community he works in every day.

Skyler is a partner at Home 4 Me Realty who keeps the business running behind the scenes — systems, accounting, and marketing. Skyler is not a licensed agent or salesperson and does not represent clients in transactions. There is no separate phone number or email for Skyler; all client communication runs through Chase.
